Jessica Klayman

Jessica Klayman joined Knapp Petersen and Clarke in March 2023. Having graduated from the University of Miami where she received her JD, Jessica specialized in the Business of Innovation Law and Technology Program, concentrating in Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida, majoring in English, specialized in Technical Writing.

Jessica is an associate attorney and defense litigator, driven by client-focused advocacy, coupled with exceptional legal knowledge. Her clients include insurance carriers, corporate entities, and healthcare providers. Jessica manages the client relationship with communication and transparency so that her clients can see how their interests are being served at every stage of the litigation process.
