Sheila M. Templeton

Ms. Templeton is an Associate at Knapp, Petersen & Clarke.  She received her juris doctorate from the University of San Francisco School of Law where she graduated with a public interest certificate with honors.  During her tenure at USF, she served as co-president to the Women’s Law Association, participated in the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program and earned the CALI award in First Amendment law.  In her second year of law school, she received the prestigious judicial externship with Judge Maria-Elena James of the United States District Court, Northern District of California.

Since graduating law school and passing the California State Bar, Ms. Templeton has worked in various practice areas including business litigation, construction defect law, real estate, employment law, marital dissolution regarding asset division, property disputes, and insurance defense. She is a member of the Wallace Inn of Court in San Diego, California, where she resides.
