Justin A. Kouyoumdjian
Justin Kouyoumdjian is an associate attorney at Knapp, Petersen, and Clarke, where he practices primarily in the firm’s corporate and transactional department. Justin was admitted to the California Bar in November 2025 and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
Justin earned his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law. While at Santa Clara, he was an Associate of the Santa Clara Law Review (Volume 64) and later served as an Editor for Volume 65. He also held several leadership roles, including Vice President of the Middle Eastern and North African Law Students Association, Commissioner of Copyrights for the Intellectual Property Law Students Association, and was a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.
Justin graduated with certificates in Sports Law and High Tech Law, and received Witkin Awards for earning the highest grade in Sports Law and Legal Research and Writing.
Prior to law school, Justin earned his Bachelor of Arts in Community Health with a minor in Nutrition from Tufts University in 2022. While at Tufts, he competed all four years as a member of the Tufts Men’s Basketball team, an experience that continues to inform his disciplined and team-oriented approach to legal practice.
