After gaining practical engineering experience, Sion pursued his legal studies at Santa Clara University School of Law. He was drawn to its renowned Intellectual Property program, which is consistently ranked among the best in the country. He thrived in courses like Civil Procedure and Professional Responsibility, which redirected his legal interest toward litigation.
