January 1, 2005, California has mandated that all supervisors in California
companies of 50 or more employees
and all
governmental employers must receive two hours of sexual harassment prevention

You can expect an interactive discussion of the issues, the law, and company policies and procedures for navigating the dangerous waters of sexual harassment. The seminar includes an overview of what is and what is not sexual harassment; applicable California and federal law; claims handling, investigations, and some practical problem-solving tips.
