EDWARD A. TERZIAN
Edward Terzian earned his bachelor’s degree from UCLA, where he graduated summa cum laude and earned membership into the Phi Beta Kappa and Golden Key Honor Societies. He was also recognized by the National Society of Collegiate Scholars for his academic achievements. Throughout his time at UC LA, Mr. Terzian assisted in running his family’s small business. After graduating from UCLA, Mr. Terzian attended Loyola Law School, where he earned High Honors awards in several classes, including torts and evidence. Mr. Terzian was also on the Dean’s List throughout his tenure at Loyola and was invited for entry into the St. Thomas More Honor Society. Mr. Terzian continues to maintain a close relationship with his family business, giving him a unique perspective on both legal and nonlegal issues that a business owner faces. Combining his legal experience with that of running a business allows Mr. Terzian to fully identify with and understand a business owner’s needs. Mr. Terzian has clerked for the City Attorney, Civil Litigation Division, gaining invaluable experience in the defense of premises liability and automobile accidents. He has also worked for a plaintiff firm, specializing in premises liability and automobile accidents. Mr. Terzian’s experience in both plaintiff and defense work has given him the tools and knowledge necessary to meet his clients’ needs and to strategically advocate for all of their rights. Mr. Terzian is an associate at Knapp, Petersen, and Clarke.
