BRIAN P. NEILL
Mr. Neill was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, but grew up in Santa Monica and the San Fernando Valley. He graduated from UCLA with a bachelor’s degree in English and obtained his juris doctor degree from Western State University College of Law. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1992 and is a principal with the firm.
Mr. Neill specializes in litigation, with an emphasis on the defense of general negligence cases, automobile and motorcycle accident cases, and premises liability cases. He has substantial trial and appellate experience. In addition to practicing in the state courts of California, Mr. Neill is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Central District of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
