Ms. Siegner is a Principal with the firm. She graduated with honors from Peru State College in Nebraska and received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 1981.
Prior to joining the firm , she worked for over twenty years as in-house litigation counsel at Union Bank of California, Sanwa Bank California, and Bank of the West. She has extensive experience in all areas of banking litigation, including bankruptcy, real estate, operations, consumer, and trust in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts. She is admitted to practice before all California state courts, U.S. District Courts of the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Central Districts of California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
