Ms. Goldberg received her bachelor of business administration in business management, with a second major in philosophy, from the University of Notre Dame in May 2000.
While at Notre Dame, she was a founding member of the Management Society, a member of Students for Responsible Business, and the women’s boxing team. She also completed a semester of coursework in Washington, D.C., where she worked as an intern with C-SPAN Network.
Ms. Goldberg received her juris doctor degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in May 2003. During law school, she handled a full-time course schedule, while working full-time as a corporate paralegal. She was an active participant in a low-income tax clinic, helping low-income clients resolve tax disputes with the IRS.
Ms. Goldberg was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2003 and to the State Bar of California in 2005. She began her practice in Chicago, representing developers, investors, and homeowners with zoning, land use, and real estate transactional matters. In 2005, she moved to California and transitioned into real estate related litigation.
