Alexandra P. Pakzad
Ms. Pakzad is a graduate of the UCLA School of Law and is an associate at the firm. Prior to law school, she obtained a master’s degree with merit from the London School of Economics. As an undergraduate, Ms. Pakzad attended Mount St Mary’s College in Los Angeles, where she graduated magna cum laude with bachelor’s degrees in political science and English. While in school, she studied abroad at both the University of Hong Kong, and the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva, Switzerland.
Ms. Pakzad formerly worked for a world-renowned purveyor of luxury goods, where she was responsible for the company’s strategic initiatives and global brand positioning. During and after law school, Ms. Pakzad worked for a national law firm, where she split her time between the firm’s intellectual property and corporate departments. Her practice includes a variety of corporate and commercial matters, such as the formation, organization, sale and acquisition of business entities, strategic agreements, and intellectual property-related transactions, in addition to complex commercial & business litigation matters.
