Barry R. Gammell
Mr. Gammell specializes in insurance coverage, including litigation, bad faith, and environmental matters. He also represents companies with ADA (American With Disabilities Act) issues and claims.
Mr. Gammell’s education prior to law school was in the field of biology. He attended California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, where he received his bachelor of science degree in biology. He also studied marine biology in graduate school at Moss Landing Marine Laboratories at Monterey, California, while also working part time for the Department of Fish and Game.
Following his graduation from law school at Western State University, Mr. Gammell was admitted to the State Bar of California in June 1982. He is admitted to practice before each of the United States District Courts of California.
