Mr. Fraley-Bennett is an associate at the firm. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in both international relations and cultural studies from Brown University. He graduated with Distinction and with Departmental High Honors.
Upon graduation, he was selected to the Teach for America program. Mr. Fraley-Bennett taught middle-school for 5 years in Compton, California.
He then earned his Juris Doctor degree from UCLA School of Law. Following his graduation from law school, Mr. Fraley-Bennett was selected for the prestigious Los Angeles Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) Fellowship Program.
Mr. Fraley-Bennett was admitted to the California Bar in 2012 and is admitted before all the courts of the State of California and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California. When Mr. Fraley-Bennett is not practicing law, he is practicing and coaching basketball with his son Oliver. As a coach, he brings the same level of passion and intensity to the basketball court that he brings to his law practice.
Mr. Fraley-Bennett, devotes his practice to wrongful death, premises liability, automobile accident, premises liability defense as well as employment litigation.
