Legal Cost Containment

KPC Legal Audit Services Inc. conducts analyses in connection with the drafting and implementation of legal cost containment policies and procedures.  We assess the selection process currently utilized by the client, as well as the client’s past experience with outside legal counsel, and we study the current methodologies utilized to review and control legal expenditures.  Based upon interviews with key personnel and a review of policy statements and other written materials, a system is then suggested with regard to the selection of counsel and the monitoring and control of legal expenditures.  If no current policies are in place, KPC Legal Audit Services Inc. can assist in the design and implementation of appropriate guidelines.

KPC Legal Audit Services Inc. also conducts seminars on legal cost containment and effective use of legal counsel for clients and others, upon request.  Our methodology, billing issues, relevant law updates, and audit workshops are presented to meet the specific needs of the client.
